Ms Soapbox spent most of Saturday in ER so her blog on Bill 22 won’t appear until Monday. On the upside, the doctors, nurses and healthcare staff at Foothills were wonderful. I applaud their professionalism in the world of uncertainty resulting from the UCP budget and pension initiatives.

I hope you are on the mend. Thank you for all you are doing.
Hope that you’re OK…you are the voice of sanity in a political world gone mad.
Please get well … you are a treasure in these ever more impoverishing times.
Susan: Hope you get well, as soon as possible.
Our prayers are with you!
Take care, Susan!! Hope you had your flu shot. 😘💕

🙂
.. this flatlander ex of BC and Alberta is short on ‘thoughts n prayers’
I rely on a great GP with delivery privilages & a 5 minute walk
to East General Emerg.. stitches, xray, my son born there
and had him in an oxygen tent toute suite, sudden explosive croup
so many steady hands.. never a whine..
I have shot photos and video across Canada, every major hospital
and most surgical procedures, hip, heart, eyes, brain.. stunning teamwork
interviewed grateful patients, and so many patient, giving clinicians
young residents, bags under their eyes, kindly orderlies
That’s who gets my appreciation and deep respect
Hope they get you through emergency crisis just fine..
and uou find yourself confident & in full recovery.. amen !
Thank you all for your kind words of support. The healthcare professionals at Foothills were amazing and we now have a game plan for moving forward. Interestingly, while I was waiting in my bed behind the curtain I overheard a number of staff talking about Kenney’s plan to get his hands on their pensions. They were furious. This one will come back to bite him big time.
PS diamondwalker what an inspiring commentary about the quality of our healthcare nationwide.
PPS Carlos, so the anti-Alberta panel will also consider the possibility that the Russians are funding environmentalists. I can’t wait to read Steve Allen’s report when it finally becomes public.
Oh Stevie – this is the guy who then got a wonderful 900 thousand contract to the company where his son works?
What a third world charade this is turning into. all of the fundamentalists, sociopaths running the show. We finally have the 2019 version of the ‘One flew over the Cuckoo’s Nest’. Next we will have Ernest Manning’s preaching times.
