I came bark from the Island and was presented with a hack that is still lingering. Hope you get better faster than me.
In Nova Scotia, 2 fingers of rum, lemon, honey, and hot water, drowned quickly before bed, and lots of sleep cures just about everything
My microbiologist friend suggested something similar, though instead of “2 fingers” she recommended “26”.

You guys are wonderful! I’m heading straight for the liquor cabinet to pour myself 26 fingers of rum/lemon/honey and hot water, except I don’t have rum and need to substitute gin. By tomorrow I should be 100% or comatose! Thanks everyone 🙂
